Release Change Logs

Version 1.0.96

Upgrade

ADD – When an upgrade is available you are now provided with a link to see the change log history.

FIX – Addressed issues with some of the form behavior.

Version 1.0.93

Upgrade

MOD – Changed versioning to a three-part number.

FIX – Addressed upgrade issues that occurred when attempting to upgrade the add-in via the “Upgrade” button.

Version 1.0.0.61

Get Project

FIX – A error would be displayed if a project that is being downloaded had time entries entered against the project, but not against a specific task. Those time entries are now ignored in Microsoft Project as they cannot be assigned as actual work if they aren’t assigned to a task.

Version 1.0.0.60

Get Project

FIX – Fixed an issue when calendars are retrieved from NetSuite SRP due to a “Get Project” or “Convert to SRP Project”, if the calendar’s number of hours worked per day included a decimal (i.e. 7.5) an error would be displayed.

FIX – Fixed an issue where a resource is part of a downloaded project can not be found during resource lookup (i.e. when performing an upload project and a get project). This typically occurs if the user does not have the appropriate role permissions to Employees, Vendors or Resources.

MOD – The location of the add-in installer has been moved to: https://www.neuronesb.com/support/downloads/Updates/AddIns/MSProject/NetSuiteSRP/msprojectaddinfornetsuitesrp.exe

Version 1.0.0.58

SRP Project Properties

MOD – Previously, when opening the SRP Project Properties form, all the available project-level and task-level properties were immediately downloaded. The form has been changed to only download the available properties if one was previously set, or, if one has not been set yet, then only when the dropdown list is clicked.

NEW – Added a property to the SRP Project Properties form to allow users to decide if the Microsoft Project name should be used as the NetSuite SRP project name when the project is uploaded.

Version 1.0.0.54

SRP Project Properties

MOD – When setting additional project-level or task-level properties, clicking on the dropdown list to see the possible values could result in a lengthy call to NetSuite. The call has been modified to only retrieve the values for the property you want to set, and will not retrieve the values again until you close the NetSuite SRP Project Properties form and open it again.

Version 1.0.0.53

SRP Project Properties

FIX – An issue was introduced when upgrading the add-in to use version 2018.2 of the SOAP API. If a project was configured to set additional project-level or task-level properties the property values would not be downloaded from NetSuite and would fail to be set when performing an Upload Project.

Version 1.0.0.49

Get Project

MOD – When retrieving a project from NetSuite, the following error may occur:

The argument is not valid.
Exception Details
-------------------------------------
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x0000044D): The argument value is not valid.

This error would occur if the NetSuite Project does not have a Project Name set. Previously, when a project was downloaded from NetSuite, the Microsoft Project title would be set to the project name of the NetSuite project. Now, if the NetSuite project name is not set, the Microsoft Project title would be set to the default value set by Microsoft Project (i.e. “Project1”).
