What’s new with Peregrine Connect?
Peregrine Connect is excited to announce two new releases this quarter: Neuron ESB 3.7.5 and Management Suite 1.1. Together, they provide the synergy to accomplish most, if not all, of your organization’s application integration, workflow automation and API management goals. We’ve built an easy to use, comprehensive and secure web-based portal called Management Suite that allows your organization to manage and monitor all Neuron ESB deployment environments, applications, and resources they depend on. Along with these new enhancements, we’ve introduced a new visual Data Mapper, built in OAuth support for client services, job scheduling, alerts, docker support and so much more! |

Management Suite 1.1 Released!
The Management Suite stands well above all other competitors in the field when it comes to the daily management and monitoring of deployed solutions. Whether these environments are deployed on premise or in the cloud, once managed, API Resources can be created and secured, Business Processes can be scheduled, Alerts can be operationalized and subscribed to and, historical and real time monitoring can be made available for the applications deployed.

Neuron ESB 3.7.5
This release of Neuron ESB introduces some exciting features that continue to simplify the development of integration solutions. The new visual Data Mapper provides for codeless, citizen integration scenarios while built in OAuth support for client services eliminates the need for custom authorization solutions. In addition, our advanced support for Docker Containers makes Microservice deployment a reality and our new service routing and pass thru features eliminate coding altogether!

Visual Data Mapper
Neuron ESB 3.7.5 ships with a new Visual Data Mapper. This has the flexibility to map data elements to and from XML, JSON or Flat file formats, whether that information is originating from APIs, Applications or Databases. Making you even more productive, the Data Mapper can automatically map similar elements across from source to target documents. Scriptlets and Expressions allow users to easily build out complex translations across data elements and test them in real time.

Docker Container Support
Using Neuron ESB 3.7.5 users can now deploy individual Endpoint Hosts in Docker to Windows Containers on Windows (WCOW). This means users can assign individual endpoints within Neuron ESB to specific Endpoint Hosts, running those hosts in Docker while still managing all the Realtime and historical monitoring information using the Management Suite. Most vendors have chosen to treat Containers like Virtual Machines, negating the advantages of containerization altogether. NOT Peregrine Connect!

API Management
The Peregrine Connect Management Suite offers an array of new and compelling features designed to work in lock step with Neuron ESB 3.7.5. API Management is one of those features. Our first foray into this capability allows users to create API resources from Neuron ESB hosted services, create consumers for them, issue tokens while tracking and reporting on usage and performance.

Alerting & Notifications
Along with API Management, the Management Suite provides organizations proactive alerting capabilities to assist in the operational health of the integration environment resources and the applications deployed to them. Using Alerting, organizations can create and subscribe to SMS and Email notifications based on the parameters that are important to their business. Know immediately when applications and machines are exceeding their thresholds or underperforming.

Job Scheduler
Neuron ESB Busines Processes can now be scheduled to execute using the new Job Scheduler included with the Peregrine Connect Management Suite. Built on top of Quartz.Net, the Peregrine Connect Job Schedular supports defining triggers using either Calendars, simple dates or CRON expressions. Users can easily pass job data into a scheduled process to persist data between scheduled executions. Using the Job Scheduler, organization can easily schedule batch processing to keep critical applications in sync during off hours or kick off important tasks at the right time.
