American Title Inc., a nationwide provider of real estate information services, today announced its selection of Neuron ESB application and web services integration software as the foundation for its application integration modernization initiative. American Title will implement Neuron ESB to drive process improvement in its data management disciplines – enhancing capabilities, enabling deeper insight from shared data, and optimizing the customer experience with more sophisticated, real-time products and services.
Neuron ESB 3.5 is the latest version of the Neuron enterprise service bus built on Microsoft .NET. Neuron ESB integrates with Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms, systems and applications to provide real-time, reliable and durable messaging, application integration, business processing, workflow, and web services management.
The Neuron ESB platform will act as a flexible tool for American Title, connecting existing systems to move and manage data reliably and securely, improving workflow and enabling dynamic rules-based routing of processes and operations.
“Neuron ESB suited our technical needs and skillset – allowing us to create a reliable infrastructure adaptable for the long-term, add instrumentation required to manage orders, and provide new and enhanced services to our customers,” said Jeff Zakrzewski, CIO, American Title, Inc. “Orders from our clients are the life blood of our business, and it’s imperative to capitalize on a reliable, robust tool to help facilitate movement of those orders. Neuron ESB was simple yet powerful in its ability to do this, and that was important to us. Our desire to enhance operations on an enterprise level is what led us to Neuron ESB – and with more dynamic capabilities in our back-end business processes, we’re creating a tangible business advantage by managing information better than our competitors.”
The company considered Microsoft BizTalk as well as open source development tools, opting for Neuron ESB as the ideal, right-sized technology partner with a solid background in Microsoft technologies.
“Neuron ESB’s capabilities are in sync with American Title’s focus on the client and customer experience. We were able to demonstrate the impact of connected systems and an optimized business infrastructure – particularly important for the company’s diverse and nationwide customer base,” said Marty Wasznicky, general manager, Neuron ESB. “As real estate transactions become more complex and sophisticated, Neuron ESB will enable American Title with the flexibility and performance to remain competitive, responsive and meet steadily increasing customer expectations.”
